Unconfirmed Bug Store and Item Transactions Interface

Hello
I have been playing POTC NewHorizons Mod Build 14 b4 for 3 years now .
but The problem appeared when I reinstalled the POTC game and the latest NewHorizons Mod ( Build Version: Friday 28th February 2020 Build 14).
I have a small problem with store interface .I can't find the red/blue arrows , it displays buy/sell instead.
I am asking you to help me . please.

Game: Pirates of the Caribbean 2003 developed by Akella and published by Bethesda Softworks.
MOD: Build Version: Friday 28th February 2020 Build 14
Hardware:
Laptop : HP Pavilion dv6.
CPU : i5.
GPU: Intel HD.
RAM: 4 Go
ROM: 750 Go
System: Windows 7 familiale premium 64 bits

This looks like the US version.
Maybe you have installed the mod on this version, and for some reason the icons weren't replaced?

Discussion - Did the international/western version of Pirates of the Caribbean have two versions?

I had thought it was a bug.
I will search for the original CD and reinstall again.
