Fixed Tailor Speightstown Disappears after French Occupation

From PROGRAM\Storyline\standard\quests\quests_reaction.c:This is a line that deliberately removes the Speightstown tailor when it is taken over from France.Code:case "Story_leavingOxbay": ChangeCharacterAddress(characterFromID("Guy Gilroy"), "none", ""); // NK 05-07-20
To fix this bug, all we have to do is to remove that line.
My question is though: WHY is that even there? What reason could there possibly be for removing the guy?
Looks like it was done by Nathan Kell way back in 2005!
Anyway, we can consider this one fixed, I think. -
