No, it's not the same. However Build 13 Full + Update 3 = Pre Build 13 Base + Update 3 Full = Build 13 Final.

lol no its alright i know what hes talking about i was using build 14 alpha 6 and got tired to all the problems so im going back to build 13 and was wondering if those mods were the same at all
