That's artwork from Warhammer 40,000 universe and that tank is Leman Russ! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> And that man with the sword is a commander or something.. well I've seen that guy in Dark Crusade. Both that Leman Russ and that man are from Imperial Guard "race" who are with the Space Marines but deal with minor things, Imperial Guard consists of normal aka weak humans while Space Marines are superhumans with lots of strength.
