Playing the August 13 update. Gregor has merchant rank of 12, usually than less 10,00 and generally no high value items for sale. I have stopped by to bargain multiple times in two different games and it is the same every time. In previous versions he always had many high value items and much more cash. It looks to me like he is the same as the street merchants on Barbados. I wonder if there might be a setting that is off here.
