This game runs in 4K

Once a year i return to one of the seadogs games and to my surprise this game runs fine ( on steam) on 4K

All you need to do is to go to
Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sea Dogs City of Abandoned Ships
open Enine.ini and change these values

screen_x = 3840
screen_y = 2160

It looks incredible!

Nice to hear, theoretically all sea dogs games should run on 4K, regardless of the store bought.
For POTC (with the New Horizons mod) and TEHO you can even do it from the config.exe, without any need to edit any files yourself.

The same Config.exe from PotC might work on CoAS as well. I think the files are pretty compatible.

I will try this when i install COAS again.

And if the one from POTC does not work then maybe the one from TEHO would work, since they are even more similar.

Yes, both the config.exe files work so for anyone who doesn't have POTC or TEHO here is the config.exe from New Horizons so that you don't have to download the whole archive.
