this is so weird

I just reinstalled the whole game... and now the keys are all screwed up... if I press the time x 10 it pauses the game and if i press various log key it speeds up the time x 10... but in the controlsettings it shows the right keys

I followed the instructions... Im certain... does anyone have an idea of what to do ?
