Time Scale Value Increase?

I've been trying to find where in the codes to increase the time scale multiplier when pressing "R" from 2.0 to somewhere along the lines of 5.0.

EDIT: I just figured it out. In seadogs.c, you change the line SetTimeScale(GetSeaTime()); to SetTimeScale(5.0);
