Tortuga Pirate Nation

Hi Guys, changed Tortuga to Pirate Nation at start of game, I like to play as a pirate so figured to tweak my game accodingly. So far everything works pretty well including missions from head pirate which gives you missions same as Governor. Tortuga town has pirate citizens as well

Problem is have not figured out yet how to launch service time and salary, you get rank but not the other two in career interface.
Secondly, head pirate name in dialog constantly changes and is never the same name,
Third problem is relations with France is Hero while your enemies with all other Nations. if I can fix these problems then it would open up possibility of pirate quests rather than Governor quests <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" />

I have tortuga as pirate nation too, but i havent placed a govenor in it. BUT i did place a new home there, in the pirate house close to the sea <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />

Now i only have to think about what i shall put i that home, a butler, or a girl(friend), or a maid. Someone an idea?
Maybe i put another house somewhere else, a bigger mansion for the ones that like luxerury
