Totem locations

I just can't seem to find a couple of them. I read the "preparations for walkthrough" post:

Totem 1: Bermuda, Broken washbasin - swim around the ship
Totem 2: San Juan del Norte beach
Totem 3: Marigot cave
Totem 4: Port of Spain, random merchant
Totem 5: Fort-de-France, Dungeon, at the end
Totem 6: Tortuga, random merchant
Totem 7: Willemstad, residence, column
Totem 8: Hispaniola, in the Lighthouse of Santo Domingo
Totem 9: Santiago, torture chamber under church
Totem 10: Inca Temple, right side near a bush

Example, I can't find totem 8 on hispaniola.

Can someone write this more detailed ?

And in my game totem 9 wasn't in the torture chamber. It was in the sleeping chamber under the bed

I forgot to mention that I don't have quest in logbook yet. I was thinking getting them all and then go to the Moskito Shore. I hope that this don't affects totem locations. I found couple of them already so I'm not sure

So maybe totems have more than one place where you can find them. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
I wonder how many different locations each totem has. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />

It doesn't affect the locations, I went to Tenochtitlan only after I found all of them. The one in the lighthouse is devillishly hidden, you go up the stairs and at one point there's a plank leading off to the side, to a platform that is otherwide not connected to anything (there's a chest on it too, I think). You go there, drop a couple of levels down to more platforms, the totem is on a window.
