Alright,

Treasure map we all know says its where captain hide their loot ok, first thing first, captain NEVER drop map or map part nor their chest carrying map part.

I would like to know where i have to go to modifiy the cabin loot so there is a small cahance to get either map part or a whole map ( depending if you hold one or not )

Also how do i get rid of a map i dont want anymore? I got a map where it ask me to go to mosquitoe bay but there is a damn game crasher npc there ( stupid guy runnig toward me with empty dialog... ) this map is a dead end because as soon i pop on the beach this guy send me right into the twillight zone ( back to ddesktop )

If there is no way to remove the map i think ill try to remove the npc crashing me each time i get there.

I don't know how things are organized in CoAS but in PotC you could the following trick to get rid of dead albatross: capture a ship you intend to sink (preferably), open one of chests available during boarding, put albatross there, after which one could get rid of item which brought minus luck. You'd just try to put your unwanted map to some chest you find and not belongs to you.

I think that the treasure map can not be given. At the Bay of mosquitoes start quest Tenotchitlan. Empty dialog is a bug. This bug only in Playlogic version. Get savegame before treasure map.

I know there is a way to remove items from inventory automatically now. There are times in the russian version where I've apparently been lucky enough to have the right item that someone wants to do something or tell me something. The item gets removed from my inventory and sometimes something new is given etc. But as far as getting rid of 'junk' items, there is nothing you can do except put it on a dead body, a ship that will be sunk or into a chest and walking away. **grins**

So, in theory, I should be able to do the same with those blasted dead birds? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
