First question: Is there a Davy Jones character?

Second question: Is there a barbossa character? And how would I change into that character?

Yes. Both can be bought at Pirate tailor shops. My favorite is the one at the Kralendjik Buccaneer camp. Nevis has a tailor next to the gate.
