I ask some girls and they point me com to Tortuga
they point me to Cataghena but I I have to do here?

Oh, that's easy.
You have to find a Dutch filibuster who hunts Spaniards.
Just sail to Cartagena and enter the map before(!) Cartagena (You don't want to get near the fort).
You will be greeted by approximately 6 Spanish ships + the Dutch filibuster.
Kick their asses and make sure your target survives.
Then he will sell you a map with which you can fin the book. Get it and give it to Aaron Mendes Chumaceiro.
The reward will be hefty!

Luckily, I use the godmode. How are you supposed to win against those ship? With 4 Manowars and a stupid Companion AI?
The Spanish attack on Curacao and St. Martin will offer even more Spaniards with Manowars, warships etc.
