Unable To Leave Isla De Murta After Mutiny

in alpha 9.5 after the mutiny on the black perl you are stranded on a island with a gun with one shot,
when on the island i talk to the smuggelers who say they help you off the island, they tell me to use their ship and sail to tortugue, but i cant get on the ship because i cant acsess the dingy,and i have tried many ways, can anyone help me?

i have found this sort of thing happening aswell, but on different areas, i.e. in Martinique on the original quest i am trying to get to the escort ship captin and persuade him to let me escort the Ammo Ship back to Barbados, however after talking to the tavern owner and being told he is in the room upstairs i cannot access it.

the only way around this i have found is to reload from a previous save and re-enter the tavern - maybe the same will work for you on the Island
