Need Help Unable to use cheats

Hello guys i've tried to activate cheats but it doesnt seem to work and i have got no numpad either :/

Laptop user, aye? Press Fn + F11(NumLk) to unlock the numpads, press the same keys to lock them or return to normal.
The numpads are on the upper right of your keyboard buttons.

Scrap that, how do i reassign Cheat keys?

Go into your POTC--->program--->controls--->defaultcontrols.h and scroll down to the bottom. There you will find the list of allowed buttons and will be able to edit the cheats and anything else from there.

^ What he said. After making those changes, "Reset Controls to Default" in your game's Options menu.
