Uninstalling the build

I just installed POTC again, but forgot to delete the directory, so I think some of the files form the build are still there. I'm installing hte build on one copy, but I made another and am going to install the Russian mod. Will the way I did this affect it, or am i fine? If not, what do I need to do to ensure that it works, other than reinstalling, which I really don't want to do.
 
If you install the A&M mod on top, you should be fine.
There are a couple stock things that the build overwrites but A&M may not though--the schooner may still look different (with the sloop's mast as its mainmast), and possbily the little worldmap ships...

Anyway, there's no way it won't _work_--code is always overwritten.
