Need Help uninstalling

I want to uninstall the mod but when I reinstall the game, the mod is still there, I don't know what is happening.
I ensured when the game uninstall the folder is empty so thats not the point

Try deleting the whole folder. Everything is in the folder so dump the whole thing.

I changed the destination folder and that worked, but I havent tried deleting playlogic and letting the setup create the folder again
