view problem

I installed potc build 13, but when i start a new game the loading screen comes when it is loaded the screen turns black. i press f2 and the list comes then i go back to the game butt it still stays black help plz. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

i got the minimum requirements
-winxp
-pentiumIII 800mhz 850 ram
-graphical card 32mb
-...

and the normal game (without the mod) worked perfectly

it's a .exe so i just installed it and run the RunMe.bat

and before the screens become totaly black there is:

spain: wary (or something)
and for other countries, pirates

i gonne try in windowed mode maybe this helps

i think that the installment of the mod just went wrong somewhere. i think trying again would probably fix it, if you can afford the time.

Build 13 full .exe currently has a problem
it is in the process of re-uploading

but you should not even be able to install it because of the problem unless you have the previous version that completely works anyway.


just to be on the safe side

how large is your build_13.exe
it should be a around 368mb

if it is much smaller than that,
you managed to download the interrupted upload file
(server reset connection)

are you using a download manager or something? it's rather interesting that you managed to download it with a corrupt link.
