If you want see crew on ship in first person view just try to edit the file: AICameras.c (make a copy before <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> )
and change all entries:

Sailors.IsOnDeck = 1;
to
Sailors.IsOnDeck = 0;

Please do, I've been trying to get this to work myself using some old POTC threads I found on here and nothing worked =(

After doing some more testing,some crew walk through each other and walk off sides of ship ie sloop, MOW looks good <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheers" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" />
 
It still doesnt work for me. I'm useing the 1.42 patch w/no crack.

Maybe I'll try a reinstall of the game, then the patch, then the mod? or just forget the patch? lol

OK, I figured out why it wasint working for me *I think* Seems like once you patch the game to 1.42, it ignores the Program folder, therefore any modded files in there the game won't recongnize.
 
I found the same thing i already had it ready for update 3 of the supermod which is now available but thanks for the info anyway giuliootto
