Visiting a ship

When you go by boat and visit a ship you hera a voice shouting, what the voice say? I hear something like: 'Norway'.........What exactly is it and what does it mean? Thx

I'm sure they're saying lower and away or something close to that. Like lowering the rowboat and going to the other ship.
