What is the best weapon?

I got the dragons tongue from the oxbay dungeon, the one under some house. I was wondering if anyone can list the best weapons in order? Also is the dragons tongue the only sword in the oxbay dungeon?

solingen rapier in my opinion. it's counterpart is the cardinal's guard. i think that there's a sword that's a balance between the two as well.

I think it is. There is another dragon tongue in Douwesen dungeon, and you can take a Highlander in the Redmond dungeon from a scotish squeleton.

IF I remember correctly, there is a falchion in the Oxbay cave. Dont confuse this with the dungeon.
