WHAT no Tavern ??

Maybe for some reason it's because of my character "Ian Stance" a Dutch Trader with just a 11 level ?

I swear that on this Island of Jamaica the British town of "Port Royale" is as dry as the "Sahara desert".

Upon arriving one morn I looked all over for the Tavern ( I have a English trading license so the auto jump to the business is Nil ) and so help me Hanna I could not find one. Also you can not ask where a place is ( like you could in POTC ).

I needed men but could not get any here.

Here are three pics with all the main businesses in front of town. Rest of town that is not visible in pics there is NO Tavern.

I really suspected the building on the far left to be the tavern but for me it was a "no entrance" or no info at door so I could not enter.

I've just 4 days left on my traders license, would that maybe close up the tavern for me?

Before I left Port Royale I checked each and every building the game allowed passage to and no tavern. BUMMER <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />

On other side of Island in "Fort Orange" there was a tavern although no port. No port here was correct game wise.


Anyone have this problem.

For future reference, you can also hit enter, quick travel to the tavern, then exit and see where the building is.

Playing a Dutch trader with an English trading license, Port Royal is English so an enemy city to me. No Quick Travel.
