Where are the files that manage loading screens, character models and music?

I'd like to know where are the files that define:
1. Which character models are used in certain groups (for example boarders, soldiers, citizens, pirates etc.)
2. Which loading screens are used for which locations and situations
3. What music is played in which situations or locations
I'm asking both for these files in POTC Build and AOP2 (there's no forum for "both")
I already know that point 3 in AOP2 is Music Alias file.

For PotC:

1. PROGRAM\Models\initModels.c
2. For most locations: PROGRAM\Locations\init
3. That is technically spread out all over the place, but you'll probably be wanting to look at PROGRAM\sound\sound.c or PROGRAM\sound\ALIAS\music_standard.c

For AoP 2 I know #2 is the same. Not sure about the models there. :shrug
