Where can I get a spyglass?

I can't figure out where to buy a better spyglass. Right now I have a common spyglass, and am level 20. I've checked with various shopkeepers and street merchants trying to find one, but none of them sell any kind of spyglass.

<b>Fiatil, </b>what is your SAILING experience level? I believe you have to be higher there in order to buy a better glass... You might also find one somewhere - walk around the back of buildings around towns and there are random locators where you might get a better spyglass.

Well they are not so rare !! just take your time looking here and there and you will find one .
