Where can i upload my file.

I am new to this site and i only got POTC on Saturday, i didn't find this site until Sunday.
I have just finished typing out a word document <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bookish.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":mm" border="0" alt="bookish.gif" />
that explains where to go to find your console file, and then how to add in a bit that - when you press F12 - will give you some set items (while in game).
I also have a list of all the codes for all the swords and guns so you can change the following:

The item (sword, gun, ammo, spyglass etc.).
The quality (excellent, good, worn etc.)
and the number of items.

This is only for Post Build Mod 12, but might work with Build 12.

I am just wondering were i can upload this for people that would like some better swords etc. at the beginning of the game.
I could maybe add it here (copy and paste) but i will need to do the special things (colours, bold) all over again.

If it's in Word, I think there is a "Save as HTML" option that may work for posting here.
