Where do i download "filmships"

Hi. where do i download the file "filmship" and can i use it with build 13 full?
and what do it do...?

You can find the mod here: <a href="http://pafiles.com/potc/FilmShips.zip" target="_blank">http://pafiles.com/potc/FilmShips.zip</a>
It is readily compatible with Build 14 Alpha 6. It CAN be installed on top of Build 13, but that requires some additional modding work on your part. Nothing too difficult though.
It contains some ships from the movies: The Black Pearl and the Flying Dutchman.
