I don't know about Ascold, but for the other quest:

Go to Moskito Shore west of "Lake Texcoco" on the Spanish main. Meet the Spanish survivor and continue going inland.

Just going on what OfficerPuppy said about the CAPS we are a very helpful community but personally I am more likely NOT to help someone who uses CAPS for a title (for example not even read the post)
