Where is smuggler's lair again?

I feel so dumb for asking as I was just there a while ago. I'm sure its on Isla Mulle but cannot for the life of me find it. I'm after the smugglers house which is part of the main mission.

Aye, but Conciecao jungle is complicated, and brimming with theives and highwaymen! And by the way, talk to the tavern keeper in conceicao and ask about camilio machado. Then, walk out of the tavern and camilio's servant will talk to u. Refuse to surrender your weapons and he will take you to the leader of the smugglers. Camilio Machado will refuse to give you access to the house. Read you quest book for futher details.
