Where is the Inquisition on Havana?

As title says, does anyone know where the inquisition is located on Havana?

well its not santiago that I want, but havana. the church has no door near the stairs like santiago has.

mind you I am doing the France national quests, and I am on the one called "Breaking Rock" which I have to go to Havana to break Rock the Brazilian from his prison. Problem is noone knows where it is, and from the quest file I get this line "I have found Rock the Brazilian in an Inquisition cell!" so I supposed that Havana has an inquisition place, but I cant find it...

Ok I found the solution.

Rock is NOT on havana.... stupid quests give wrong information all the time!!! he is to santiago since thats the only place that has an inquisition on cuba <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="sad.gif" /><img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="sad.gif" /><img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />

The quests are seriously borked...

It also breaks my quick travel for some reason. Quick travel no longer works anywhere.
