Will I have to restart with Build 11.99 ?

Sad note, because of PRS3 I don't think that'll work...
It shouldn't be all _that_ much work to make a special `once-only` reinit to go through and upgrade a build 11 save to build 12, but I'm afraid I'm swamped at the moment... :
