So to get out of the game had to use the ctrl, alt, del. After restarting game same thing! Than I had the bright idea to reboot the computer and all was well! Running WinXP pro 2 and it's not a lame Computer either! Did any one had that experience? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

F1 is used as a help key in Windows programs. It sounds like something had hijacked that key and PotC couldn't use it. Had you been running anything interesting lately? Might want to do a virus scan.

Nope, Maybe DirectX playing up?
