Need Help with character camera

Ahoy pirates! A question on modding, can someone say or maybe do so that the character's camera is a little further from the back? As in widescreen mode, the camera is too close to the hero, which is why some of the legs that are not visible are clipped! In the usual, square resolution, the legs of the character are visible.
