Very nice one! We can use Duncan's for the blue interface and yours for the brown one. Or the other way around, of course. Could you change the text a bit though? Somehow the font looks a bit odd to me... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />
Plus, if you'd like it added, can you send me the final .tga.tx file? I don't want to use the image you posted: You can see the JPG compression.

Well, I can try and change the text. I was aiming for the quill and ink on parchment look. Also, uh, .tga.tx? I only made this with the Gimp and Paint. I don't know how to convert it. Is it a standard file type or do I need a file converter? And jpg compression? Whats wrong with the image, what do you mean by jpg compression?

The file needs to be .tga.tx for it to work in the game. However, if you send the original file to me, I'll have it converted in no-time for you. JPG compression appears when saving a file as JPG. I attached an example for you. Open it in Paint and zoom in. You will see some strangely greyish pixels in the white part of the image. This is caused by saving the file as JPG. It always happen when saving as JPG. It doesn't happen on BMP files. If you can send the original BMP file to me (zipped in, of course), I'll add it into the Post Build 12. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
 
Ok, I can see the compression. But thats on a simple black/white image... surely that isn't horribly noticable on the menu I posted? (I didn't save it as a bmp... only jpg. :p)
 
It's a bit noticeable around the text, but other than that it isn't really noticeable. Would you still have a version without the text? I added the screen to my game and will post a screenshot of it in some time. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />
 
I have attached two pictures of the new main menus in the game. A little suggestion to Commodore John Paul Jones: Could you remove the "Pirates of the Caribbean" text from your version? The text "Pirates of the Caribbean" is there twice now... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

Here is the new one. I tried to get rid of the PotC without making it horrible. Tried to give it a written on old parchment look.
