    That didn't come out right.....some of the swords in the game are pretty, what I mean is, a sword that looks less like it belongs on display.....something mean looking. Like Dog's sword from Cutthroat Island. Something sinister looking. A more evil looking style.

    Bahhh!!! I wish I had thought to try that. Off Topic....someone should make a super sword...... like 50/70 damage and 90%/90%.....model one up. I never seem to find a good sword for Pirate. Just swords officers drop that have no style.

    I did the escort mission with Captain Tripper to Cozumel. We dealt with the French at the Temple, but on our way back to the Naval base, he has a mutiny and his ship flags enemy.     Well, I played for hours map hunting, found none. So, I reinstalled the mod, started a new game, and the maps were there. Not sure what went wrong, but a mod reinstall solved whatever it was.     No, I was level 1, did the opening starting quests, no maps but had other items like compass and stuff, boosted to level 30 after.

    I got it, and downloaded a new version of the game from an outside source. It would seem my game disks were not putting everything into the game. I guess one of them (or maybe both of them) has an issue. The game is working fine now. Thank you guys for replying and helping me with the game.

    Yeah, mine is exactly the same...in the folder it says 115k, in properties it says 118k

    Yeah, that is strange. Mine show the same size as yours in the folder, but show a different size when I right click the file and click properties. I downloaded two different installers and about 5 different fulls from MD and one from Game Front.
