    No idea lol. I rushed in and died. Read the quests_texts.txt to find that part. I think after the whole barmaid thing, you can ask Thomas Boyle the jailer to help you when you storm the San Gabriel. I don't know for sure, because I didn't do it. But its in the quests_text.txt, right at the end...

    In my game, they asked for the Soleil Royal back at the end of the quest line, but I kept it at the port office. They thought I gave it back. Not sure if its a bug or intended. Anyway, can't remove the captain of the ship and can't swap ships, so can't upgrade it at Bermuda. You get the title...

    I'm pretty sure its because you're doing a Morgan related quest. I think once u start the Morgan quest line, you become connected to the Brotherhood of the Coast.
