    cant deliver goods!!

    i cant deliver goods to santiago, cuba. i installed the new build 13. it dosent have the option to accept the goods. argh! i did count the quantity of the goods before i board my ship to deliver.

    i ant edit character_init.c file. im using window vista. it didnt allow me to save the file after i edit!! why?
