This contains most of the new stuff and is said to actually work reasonably well. But still far from being brilliant. And the installation process is rather complicated. Build 14 Alpha 8
It's been a long time since the last real Alpha, but I am pleased to announce that Build 14 Alpha 8 is finished and available for download.
As per usual, there's a fair amount of bugs in there, but hopefully the amazing new features make up for that.
Personally I even found this version to be pretty playable.

No; the officers and marines mod is for Build 13 only. However, it's already included in Alpha 6, so you don't need it anyway. Thanks for reminding me; I now renamed it "Officers and Marines Skins for Build 13" in the first post of this thread.
The PotC music mod is indeed compatible with Alpha 6.

I updated the first post; some of the mirrors are back online now. More will be coming in the next couple of days.

No it doesn't, Morgan. The file is PROGRAM\Characters\init\StoryCharacters.c. At least for me it is. But I moved some CotBP quest characters around recently. What you can also do is put this line in PROGRAM\console.c:<div class='codetop'>CODE</div><div class='codemain'>Characters[GetCharacterIndex("Barbossa")].Ship.Type = "CursedPearl";</div>Make sure it's below ref pchar = GetMainCharacter();, then load your savegame, press F12 and the change is done.
