Same here,in other settings i enabled option so i can add my own attributes ,but it don't work,even when i started new game.

The very first time I installed Build 14 beta 1 the "options" did not work at all. Dumped it and did a completely new install and "options" has worked every time since.

I think they mean where the player distributes their own skill points rather than in-game actions affecting them.

We've got the Auto Skill mod enabled by default, which gives you experience based on your actions.
