Solved can't sack a colony twice

Is that it? you can't sack a city twice? because, I noticed you can only sack the stock POTC colonies, not own them, but when I destroy the fort, the nationality doesn't come back to normal, even though I hadn't changed the govern, only robbed them.
So I can't attack the fort again, he has just a white flag, is there a way to sack it again? I'm asking this because I sacked Grand Turk when I could own it, now I can't even attack the fortress to get it.
Is there any way to change the first-person view to shoot when you want without the need to have a foe on the line? to shoot to nowhere? as it was in the original game. I haven't found this option yet.
