Need Help changing the look of the crew

I excuse me because my english isn't really good.

Is there a way to change the look of my crew? and how can i do that?
For exampel: i want that my crew looks like english soldiers. And that i can sign up the crewmembers (soldiers) for going at land (like officers).

Talk to the crewmembers ashore and give them the English uniforms as model.

Where are the English tailors? There is one on Jamaica in Port Royal and one on Barbados in Speightstown. It only takes a few minutes to explore the towns.
