Need Help CTD Companion Mutiny

I don't see anything in particular that would cause a CTD. Mutinies have always been buggy. Is there some way you could avoid it in the first place?
Indeed nothing crash-worthy that I can see either.

I try to keep te crew jappy, but that's hard at times
What difficulties do you have with keeping the crew happy? There are quite a few things you can do about it.
Indeed it is hard to keep them happy. I stopped having problems during mutinies a few months ago, but that does not mean that others still do have problems. The thing is, there are no coders around right now to chase down any bugs. -
