BTW: That house is not Petros' house. Petros lives at the plantation.
 
THANK YOU it worked a treat exactly as u said...however i now need to find the jailed pirate..i met barbossa and the quest book says...cant sail to a house so must be an island but where????

this quest is very fun but quite confusing please help...

On an island... that is a massive hint
Try sailing to the island just off the main coast of Peurto Rico and taking a look
 
This also occurs on the Horatio Hornblower quest after the quest where you go and destroy the french battleship. It happens when you sail to Barbados, on Bridgetown (not sure on the name. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> ). You can't land on their port. You just get stuck with your "clone" on the ship deck along with other crew members.

Lol. I started a new game on the Legend of Jack Sparrow quest. I'm now on the quest to find the treasure of Cortez on Isla De Muerte. I did that and the next thing is to be marooned on the island because Barbossa took the pearl but somehow, I just get stuck on the ship with another Jack Sparrow and Barbossa. There is an option to go to a deserted shore but it only takes you on another ship deck with another Jack Sparrow.

Have you downloaded the fix for the Isla De Muerte... This also includes the fix for the double problem you are having

I had to change the code on the quest reaction manually to get through the Davy Jones part. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sleep.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="-_-" border="0" alt="sleep.gif" />

Well the file I put up has both the fixes the doubles <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shrug" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />.

but if you want to check the fix:
in Case "before_first_marooning"
