I fount it and its unkillable ? I take it your suppose to die to it? is there anyway to avoid that I have a really good crew and just finished blue bird don't want to lose it all.

EDIT

also if I do have to die how do I go about getting a new ship?

dunno if you can kill it as a noobie, you need a pretty hefty ships with a a lot of armor and a bunch of guns.









<span style='color:#000000;background:#000000'>i got a nice slow warship, the nice bounty hunters were kind enough to deliver me one, got in it stashed my other nice ship in town figured lets go see the dutchman.

now i dunno if this is the exact bestest way to do it, but i saw its hull hp, i had messed with him before but now i had a ship with 6k+ armor and a ton of big guns.

i took his masts out with chain shot in about 3 broadsides. now his mast bar was down around his hull hp bar, switched to grape shot moved in closer and blasted his hull first shot or two i thought it was doing nothing then suddenly i was decimating his crew, huzzah i thought. then i got curious if i could board him when his crew was down to 20 (the minimum you can take it down to).

so i wallowed my big slow ship over to him, no board icon, sigh, i came in so close tho that he could not turn and got wedged into my ship, kinda helpful when he can't keep spinning and using all 4 sides to shoot you, loaded bomb shot.

bomb shot i dunno if it was doing anything at all, so i popped insight and loaded round shot, started blasting him at point blank range, getting crit after crit and sometimes double crits, and then i noticed that it appeared his hull hp was in fact slowly creeping down. and sure enough it was ticking down very slowly, until it sank.

now maybe you can skip the first stuff, or maybe you have to get all that stuff down to get to the last bit, i was not inclined to reload and experiment that battle took a long long long time. time acceleration ftw!

Your main character saved, not killed, but all will lose. Blue Birds save it in the port. The best officers buy tartan and save at the port. Artifacts give officers.
 
Then we'll have to go in the bay Amatike, there is a settlement fishers of pearls, you should talk to a person who walk in rvarnoy clothing

It seems to put you on a different island every time? and right now I am on tortega (sp) so what do I do here ?
 
I am incredibly stuck and ready to give up I can't find any fisher of pearls settlement and I don't know what amakite is or where it is what island am I suppose to end up on? ive been to cuba purtero rico and several other
 
I get money and a new boat and still get no update in my logbook about the dutchman what am I doing wrong? and also is it posible to capture the dutchman?
 
i found the village you got to go a good long ways through the jungle past the mayan temple and you will run into a guy on the map that welcomes you to the village. then you are close. helps if you have the pearl divers map also it shows that whole area.

supposedly after this quest you can kill the crew for good, so maybe you can capture it finally since this quest line removes the curse on the ship. i just dunno wth to do after the village lol.

oh and to get the dutchman to show you got to go bar hopping and get people drunk till you can ask one of them about the ship

its a random trigger, less it changes later in the quest line but it is entirely random.
 
now i need to collect 666 black pearls, which supposedly can be used to make the dutchman crew mortal, but 0 clue where the heck i need to go to collect said pearls.

When I get to the village there is a sentry and that runs to the village to warn them and they run away ,the village is empty when i get there , but if I kill the sentry before he gets there then the villagers are hostile to me and atack me , what am I soposed to do.

i am very wanted by spain, but i had a spanish trading license on me, try landing on shore with a national flag (seems it don't matter if it's english or whatever, but if you land flying a pirate flag, when your confronted you just tell them your a pirate buzz off, but if you got even the english flag on your ship and a spanish trade permit in your inventory then you tell them, oh i am a legit trader to spain see.) but when i went they told me there were on the lookout for pirates they did not even ask me about a trade license just told me to go right on ahead to the village.

also had read if you kill the guy before he can run you can go in, otherwise if you do not want to go back and load an early save, after you kill the lone guy try this go off map hit the time accelerate go make lunch or something, then try to enter the village. it MIGHT work you can lose aggro sometimes doing that.

I have good relation with every nation and I have a Dutch patent ,and I have a dutch flag but its the same thing

I had to buy a spanish patent and the guy let me in finaly.It was kinda anoying.
