Not a Bug esc key not working

Hi all

I am able to load standalone,build 13 and build 14 mods but all wont allow me to use esc key after I have started new game

Standalone? You must install the mods into a stock POTC game.

If the ESC key does not work, try deleting the "options" folder.

where is the options folder located

It is a file called "options" in your main game folder.

The Esc button only works to CLOSE any open interfaces. While the unmodded European game also used it to OPEN the interface, that is no longer the case.
Use F1 and F2 for that.
