Finding Blaze Devlin in Devlin Opera

Hi all. I got a little stuck on this one. I need to search blaze devlin. However i don't have really a clue where he is. Cause they say Jamaica, That would be Santiago.
But in my questbook they say Nevis. so that would be a very long name de las Neuves. However i went to there and walked through the city but can't find him. I also can't find him in Villa de Vega. Please help me.

The quest isn't finished. It is very undeveloped. I think you reached the "end". Check out more finished quests, like the Assassin or Bartholomeu etc.

Yes, that storyline ends after the big meeting. After that it is free sailing, going where you want and doing whatever you want.

For short stories you can try Horatio Hornblower and Hoist the Colors. And for long stories you can try Batholomeu O Portogues and The Assassin.
