Game isn't working correctly

so i decided to Download Pirates of The Caribbean via torrent
upon installation i noticed that i can't load nor save the game as im click the options nothing happens (unless im ALT Tabbing) same goes when trying to sell cargo or view inventory the selection is really slow and it takes about 20 seconds to switch to the next item.

im running a 3000$ PC

Specs
OS:Windows 10 64BIT
CPU:AMD Ryzen 7 1700X
GPU:Gigabyte 1080 G1
RAM:Hyper X Predator 2x8 3000 MHZ

i tried using different comp. modes with no results however Swiftshader managed to fix these issues but it caused the game to run on like 5 FPS

i could really use the help trying to fix this issue

Also, where did you install the game? If it went to the default location, which is "Program Files" or "Program Files (x86)", Windows security will do silly things to it. Create a different folder and install the game there, e.g. I use "Games\Pirates of the Caribbean".

If you're lucky, that's a fully working version of the game. If you're not lucky, who knows what you downloaded?
