Yes.

Create a folder and put the part 1 and part 2 files in there. Then run the installer and point it to your working POTC install.

Do NOT install POTC into program files.

I did so. POTC I have is in C: \ Games \ Pirates Of The Caribbean. All files and 1 and 1 are in the same folder on the desktop.
