SOTL

never seen one, biggest warship I have ever captured and used was a flag galleon (100 tons) 40 guns HUGE SHIP!

didn't keep it, went back to me 'sloop of war' with hammocks

I don't suspect a SOTL ever appears ?

What use would be in making a ship that never appears? Well, apart from the satisfaction of some geek seeing threads like this one pop up every now and then in forums, of course <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="icon_wink.gif" />

It´s just a very rare ship - as I suppose those were.

Nekem az angolok 22000pénzt raktak a fejemre, mégse jön egyse, New Warship néven pedig csak Large Frigate jön.És escort néven meg csak Frigate, L Frigate Sloop of w, Brig of w. és más nemjön.
Hogyan kell rálőni a kikötőkre???

És abban léci segíccs hogy hogy lehet az Olmec kincset megszerezni, nekem Gran Granada északi részére írja, oda is megyek, de nincs ott semmi!

Guys, do you know if there is a difference between european and US versions? Like a Ship of the Line taken out in the european one? Only europeans seem to have problems with the SotLs. Guys, do you know if there is a difference between european and US versions? Like a Ship of the Line taken out in the european one? Only europeans seem to have problems with the SotLs. I found one, but I have the US version...

Good point, I bought mine in Australia so I don't know which version I have but as I said earlier I have only come accross a large galleon (100 tons) biggest ship I have found so far no ship of the line at all ?

I have the european version, bought in Switzerland (game is in French), and there are plenty of SotL. Welol maybe not "plenty", but I sure found a few. Nice ships, plenty of firepower, but I like the small ships better.
