Please try to use Maya for the conversion process and NOT the TOOL.
We've known for years that the TOOL produces the "reverse lighting bug"
and doesn't give you the proper collision detection and walk patch.
 
I use maya but i don't know how to export the locators, i add they with tool...
 
First, your ship (as a single object) in Maya import and align (zero line is equal to the water line). After you create the Locator. Connect your ship with the locator and export it.
You should now have four files from the. Gm, of course, is the most important. ;)

No, i can export it but when i open it , in gm format, with tool, and i add the locators, then i save the model and i open it with gm viewer i can't see it. I can export it in maya and i can have the model in gm with the correct textures in tga.tx, but i can't add the locators...
 
Does the GM viewer an error message? Can you see it in the game?
You can create the Locator list using Maya, I think the coordinates are equal. :yes
I use 3ds max and make it up with the help of the coordinates in 3ds.
