<div align="right"></div><!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->It is a great pleasure, seeing the Union Jack flying over the fort of Falaise de Fleur! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/duel_pa.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ixi" border="0" alt="duel_pa.gif" /> I hope you enjoy the Build, mate! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/buds.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":drunk" border="0" alt="buds.gif" />

I dunno, I like it when the French military ships try to attack me and I beat the heck out of them. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> When I play CCC's "Stormy Start", it's truly odd to me to have a DIFFERENT enemy than the French - like, say, the Spanish... <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_eek.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shock:" border="0" alt="icon_eek.gif" /> They're tough! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

But when taking a fort, it remains in the possession of the French, right? Until the quest actually puts it back in the English's rule?

In PotC, you can only sack a town, not enslave the inhabitants (and declare it a town of the nation whose support we are enjoying), as we all want. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dev.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":d:" border="0" alt="dev.gif" /> So yes, the fort remains in french hands even if we sack it. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />

Coding-wise, it is possible to have the cities be set to different nations (CCC's made the code for that and is making a working implementation of that into the game). Unfortunately, it would screw up the quests. But since we now have plenty od new islands that are not in any quests, I reckon there's a major chance that this feature will be implemented soon in one way or the other.

That'd be a good thing to do. Having a brittish flag over FDF will be a great sight for sore (Brittish) eyes. Thankyee all lots! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheers" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" />

That'll be good. You can attack the fort, and then sail away to the other end of the island to get your ship fixed and crew renewed.
